With a 2.2-inch TFT display capable of showing 256K colors, the Micromax Q7 was not exactly designed for multimedia-heavy usage. It offered a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels, adhering to a 4:3 aspect ratio, with a pixel density of around 182 ppi. While this isn’t cutting-edge by today's standards, at its time, it provided adequate clarity and vibrancy for everyday tasks such as texting and browsing.
