The device is powered by a quad-core 1.3 GHz CPU housed within a Spreadtrum chipset. Though far from powerful, this setup is adequate for users whose activities are limited to light app usage and media consumption. However, the 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage may prove limiting for multitasking and app installations, though storage expansion is possible via a microSDHC card slot.
