The Lumia 640 XL LTE showcased a sturdy, polycarbonate body measuring 157.9 x 81.5 x 9 mm and weighing in at 171 grams. The device's ergonomic design made it comfortable to hold despite its size. Its aesthetic appeal was further enhanced by a vibrant range of colors including matte cyan, orange, black, matte white, and glossy white. The large dimensions were indicative of its substantial 5.7-inch display, which dominated the front of the phone with a 69.1% screen-to-body ratio. A notable feature was the incorporation of Corning Gorilla Glass 3, ensuring added protection against scratches and minor impacts, while the ClearBlack display technology offered improved visibility in direct sunlight.
