Motorola Accompli 008 Display

Display

The device sports a monochrome graphics display with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels, capable of displaying eight lines of text. With a four-level greyscale, it delivered basic visual output, sufficient for the text and simple graphic elements. The screen is a resistive touchscreen, which requires a stylus or a firm press from a finger to operate, a common technology at the time that represented an early foray into touch-activated interaction, though far from the fluid experience modern capacitive touchscreens provide.
