Motorola Aura Connectivity and Other Features

Connectivity and Other Features

In terms of connectivity, the Aura supported Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP capabilities, which was relatively standard for 2008. However, it lacked modern features such as WLAN, universal 3.5mm audio jack, and radio, restricting its media versatility. The inclusion of USB 2.0 allowed for simple data transfers. The Aura primarily focused on basic messaging services including SMS, EMS, and MMS, accompanied by a WAP 2.0/xHTML browser for minimal web-based tasks. It also supported some Java applications, which were a common means to extend functionality with games and utilities in an age before sophisticated app ecosystems.
