Under the hood, the BRAVO MB520 is powered by a TI OMAP 3610 chipset, featuring an 800 MHz Cortex-A8 processor and a PowerVR SGX530 GPU. This hardware, paired with 512MB of RAM, could handle basic smartphone tasks and offered users an introduction to Android’s expanding capabilities. It originally shipped with Android 2.1 (Eclair) and was upgradeable to Android 2.2 (Froyo), providing users access to features such as improved app performance and Flash support, a highly valued feature at the time.
