Running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, the Motorola Cliq 2 keeps things responsive with its 1.0 GHz processor. Although not upgradeable to later versions of Android, Gingerbread was known for its stability and efficiency, working well with the device’s 1GB of internal storage and 512MB of RAM. Multitasking was possible, but given the hardware limitations, heavy applications or multiple simultaneous apps might slow the device down. Storage can be expanded via a microSDHC card, with a 2GB card included, which allows for additional space for media and apps.
