Performance and Software
Under the hood, the tablet is powered by the TI OMAP 4430 chipset, coupled with a dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A9 processor and a PowerVR SGX540 GPU. This hardware setup was proficient for the average user's multitasking needs during the tablet's heyday, handling most applications with relative ease. Initially running on Android 3.2 Honeycomb, the system is upgradeable to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, introducing a smoother user interface and additional functionality that enhanced user experience. The device offers two configurations with either 16GB or 32GB of internal storage, paired with 1GB of RAM. However, the absence of an external SD card slot might limit storage flexibility for media-heavy users.
