Display and User Interface
The TFT display capable of displaying 256K colors fits snugly above the QWERTY keyboard, providing a direct user interface for text entry and control. With a pixel density of approximately 143 ppi, the screen is basic by contemporary standards, but was adequate during its release for standard tasks like calling, texting, and surfing the web. The phone runs on the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system, incorporated with Motorola's Moto Switch UI, which offers a semblance of customization and user interface adjustments.
