The Motorola FlipOut's design is undoubtedly its most striking feature. The phone takes on a square shape when closed, measuring 67 x 67 x 17 mm, which makes it compact and highly portable. Weighing 120 grams, it feels sturdy yet light enough for everyday carrying. The unique selling point is the swivel mechanism that reveals a full QWERTY keyboard beneath the display, offering the tactile feedback that many smartphone users appreciated before the full takeover of touch keyboards. The phone came in a variety of colors including White, Fairway Green, Poppy Red, Raspberry Crush, Brilliant Blue, Licorice, and Saffron, allowing for further personalization.
