Motorola Moto G 4G Performance and Software

Performance and Software

At its core, the Moto G 4G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset, featuring a quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU and an Adreno 305 GPU. This combination was adequate for everyday tasks and light multitasking, aligning with the performance expected from a mid-range device during its release. The phone originally came with Android 4.4.2 KitKat but could be upgraded to 5.1.1 Lollipop, which enabled users to enjoy a more refined and efficient interface. With 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, the device also provided a dedicated microSDHC slot for memory expansion, addressing one of the main limitations of its onboard storage.
