Design and Build
The Moto Z took a bold leap in the design department, emphasizing slimness without sacrificing durability. At just 5.2 mm thick and weighing a mere 136 grams, the Moto Z was one of the thinnest smartphones of its time. It boasted a modern and minimalist look, encased in a combination of Gorilla Glass 4 on the front and aluminum on the back and frame. Despite its svelte dimensions, the phone felt sturdy, exuding a premium feel in hand. The option for single or dual Nano-SIM setups added flexibility for users, although the absence of a 3.5mm headphone jack was a notable departure from convention, signaling the industry's swift move toward wireless audio solutions.
