The Motosmart Me XT303 runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, powered by a Mediatek MT6573 chipset and an 800 MHz Cortex-A9 CPU. While this setup is modest, it suffices for basic tasks such as calling, texting, and running simple applications. Equipped with PowerVR SGX531 graphics, the device can handle light graphic chores, although it struggles with more demanding tasks. The internal storage is limited to 512MB, alongside 256MB of RAM, with an option to expand storage up to 32GB via a dedicated microSDHC slot, where an 8GB card is included.
