Design and Build
The Motorola MPx200 features a distinctive clamshell design, typical of its era, with dimensions of 89 x 48 x 27 mm, and weighs 118 g. This makes it fairly compact and lightly portable, fitting comfortably in the hand or pocket. A unique feature for the time is its dual-display; a primary TFT screen of 2.2 inches, capable of displaying 65k colors at a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels, and a secondary external display with a modest resolution of 80 x 48 pixels. The screen-to-body ratio of about 35.7% reflects the expansive bezels characteristic of phones from that period. The Liquorice Black color gives it a sleek appearance that would have been quite appealing in the early 2000s.
