Under the hood, the Motorola PRO+ is powered by a single-core 1.0 GHz processor and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. At its launch, it was considered an acceptable performance setup for most basic applications and productivity tasks, though it would now struggle with modern apps requiring more processing power.
