Connectivity and Communication
The Rambler operated on CDMA/CDMA2000 network technologies, adequate for the network conditions of its time and offered 2G and 3G band support. With a top speed of 384 kbps, internet browsing was possible, though limited. Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP facilitated wireless file transfers and audio streaming, while the absence of WLAN was reflective of its reliance on carrier networks for connectivity. USB connectivity was available through a miniUSB 2.0 port, allowing straightforward connectivity for charging and file transfers. Lack of GPS technologies such as A-GPS indicated the phone was mainly intended for communication rather than navigation.
