Display
The RAZR V3 was equipped with a TFT main display capable of showing 256,000 colors at a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels. Although small by today’s standards, with a 2.2-inch screen providing approximately a 29.3% screen-to-body ratio, its display was vibrant and clear, a significant feature in 2004. The secondary CSTN display on the outside allowed users to see incoming calls and notifications without opening the phone. Although the outer display was less colorful, limited to 4096 colors and a basic 96 x 80-pixel resolution, it was a useful addition that contributed to the overall user experience.
