The primary display of the RAZR V3xx is a 2.2-inch TFT screen capable of displaying 256K colors, which was considered vibrant for its time. With a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, it delivers a decent level of clarity at an approximate density of 182 pixels per inch. The screen’s performance is satisfactory for casual viewing and basic multimedia content, although today's standards outpace it significantly in terms of size and resolution. Despite having a modest screen-to-body ratio of about 27.5%, the purposeful design makes it functional and visually appealing for the period.
