Display
The phone features a main TFT display with 256K colors, making it vibrant enough for most tasks back in its prime. The 2.2-inch screen with a 240 x 320 pixel resolution provides adequate clarity for basic browsing and viewing multimedia content. Despite the significant bezels resulting in a ~27.5% screen-to-body ratio, this was fairly typical of the time. Interestingly, the RAZR2 V8 also includes a second external display of 2 inches with similar resolution and colors. This external screen includes contextual touch interaction, a forward-thinking feature that allowed users to interact with notifications and manage music without opening the flip, enhancing both functionality and the user experience.
