Motorola RIZR Z10 Performance and Software

Performance and Software

Under the hood, the Z10 is powered by a 300 MHz ARM 1136 processor, utilizing the TI OMAP 2420 chipset, and supported by a PowerVR MBX GPU. Running on Symbian 9.2 with UIQ 3.2, it provided a competent performance for multimedia playback and basic application support. However, with just 64MB of RAM and 128MB of ROM, multitasking capabilities were quite limited compared to contemporary smartphones. The interface was intuitive for users familiar with the Symbian OS, though it might have seemed outdated as mobile operating systems evolved rapidly around that time.
