While the T720i does not offer a card slot for expandable storage—a common limitation during its release—the phone can store up to 500 contacts in its phonebook, which was considered ample for the personal needs of most users. Call log capabilities include storing 10 entries each for dialed, received, and missed calls. Without modern multitasking requirements, the memory capacity suffices for its intended use.
