At the heart of the ThinkPhone 25 is the Mediatek Dimensity 7300 chipset, constructed on a 4nm process. This powerful platform is designed to deliver an excellent balance of performance and efficiency with its octa-core CPU, consisting of 4 Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.5 GHz and 4 Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz. Complementing this is the Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, which handles graphic-intensive tasks with ease. The phone comes in two memory configurations: 256GB of storage with 8GB of RAM or a more robust 512GB with 12GB of RAM. While it doesn't support expandable storage, the uMCP technology ensures fast data processing and efficiency. Running on Android 14, Motorola promises up to 5 major Android upgrades, ensuring longevity in terms of software support.
