The phone sports a classic flip design that was popular during its release period. Its dimensions of 91.5 x 44.5 x 23.8 mm and light weight of 98 grams make it a convenient size to fit comfortably in the palm or in a pocket without undue bulk. It features a CSTN display capable of showing 65K colors with a resolution of 128 x 160 pixels, which was adequate for basic graphics and text visibility. Additionally, the V191 comes with a secondary external black and white display, measuring 96 x 32 pixels, allowing users to quickly check notifications without flipping open the phone.
