Display
The main display of the Motorola V226 is a CSTN type, which supports 65K colors. While not particularly vibrant by today's standards, it was quite adequate for the basic graphical needs of a mid-2000s phone. The screen resolution is 128 x 128 pixels, suitable for viewing text and simple images. Complementing this is a second, smaller external display with a resolution of 96 x 32 pixels, useful for quickly checking the time, caller ID, and notifications without flipping open the phone.
