The Motorola V3x was designed to handle a moderate amount of personal data, with an internal memory of 64MB – typical for phones of that era. To supplement the storage, it included a dedicated microSD slot, allowing users to expand memory as needed. The phonebook capacity was quite robust, supporting up to 1000 contacts with multiple fields, and included the functionality for photo calls.
