Memory and Storage
The NEC e232 does not include a memory card slot, which limits its ability to store large amounts of data—a typical characteristic of phones from that era. However, it can still manage a phonebook of up to 500 contacts with eight fields each, and supports photo call functionalities. Users can also store a history of 10 dialed, 10 received, and 10 missed calls. The phone offers 10 voice memo slots, each with a 20-second capacity, enabling a degree of voice recording capabilities.
