Display
Equipped with a TFT display capable of showing 65,000 colors, the NEC e525 was quite impressive for a phone of its time, despite being overshadowed by advances in screen technology today. The main display resolution of 162 x 216 pixels adheres to a 4:3 aspect ratio, which is now considered retro but was typical during its release period. Additionally, it features a secondary LCD display that offers 4096 colors with a resolution of 80 x 108 pixels. This secondary display provides just enough visual real estate for basic operations and notifications when the main screen is inactive.
