Design and Build
The NEC N401i sports a compact body measuring 90 x 44 x 23 mm and weighs just 90 grams, making it easy to carry in the pocket or palm. Constructed with a consideration for ergonomic handling, its dimensions and weight contribute to a comfortable user experience. The phone uses a Mini-SIM card slot, which was standard at the time. While the build quality is solid for its era, the design is decidedly dated compared to sleek modern devices.
