Equipped with a removable Li-Ion 820 mAh battery, the NEC N500iS provides a reasonable standby time of up to 200 hours and a talk time of up to 3 hours. Although not extensive by today’s achievements in battery technology, this performance was adequate for the average user's daily usage patterns back in 2006.
