Memory and Storage
In terms of memory capacity, the NEC N620 is limited, but this is reflective of its time. It comes with an internal storage of 2MB, which was suitable for managing essential data like contacts and messages. The phonebook feature can store up to 1000 entries, providing ample space for most users. However, the absence of a card slot restricts any expansion of storage, a common limitation of phones in this period.
