NEC N900iG Design and Display

Design and Display

Measuring 103 x 50 x 28 mm and weighing 132 grams, the NEC N900iG had a robust and compact form factor typical of early 2000s mobile devices. Its heft conveyed a sense of durability and solidity, complemented by its sleek Ocean Blue color. The phone featured a primary TFT display capable of rendering 65K colors, offering a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels with an aspect ratio of 4:3. This display allowed for adequate visibility and vibrant color reproduction by standards of the time. Additionally, a secondary 65K color TFT external display at 90 x 120 pixels was also included, primarily for quick notifications and time display without needing to engage the main screen.
