Display
The NEC N908 features a 2.2-inch TFT resistive touchscreen display, which was a notable inclusion at the time. With a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, it offered a pixel density of about 182 ppi—decent for viewing text and images. The screen could display 256K colors, providing a vibrant visual experience for an entry-level device. An interesting inclusion is the handwriting recognition feature, which added a level of interactivity uncommon in phones from the same era and price range.
