Platform and Performance
Running on Microsoft Windows CE.NET, the Neonode N1m is distinct for opting away from more common mobile operating systems like Symbian at the time. As a result, it offered a unique user experience. Storage can be expanded via an SD card slot, supporting up to 1GB, with 64MB provided initially, which was reasonably generous back then. However, the performance is limited by modern standards, suitable mainly for basic telephony, text applications, and a limited selection of media.
