Display
The Nokia 6263 featured a 2.2-inch TFT main display capable of supporting 16 million colors, with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. While its screen-to-body ratio was approximately 33.3%, the vibrant color display allowed for decent media viewing and navigation through the phone's interface. An additional external display with 256K colors offered resolutions good enough for checking time and notifications without flipping open the phone.
