Connectivity and Communication
Connectivity is facilitated through support for GSM and HSPA networks, with a maximum speed of 3.6 Mbps on HSPA. Lacking WLAN, the device relies on mobile data for internet access, which was typical for many phones in this period. Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP allows for wireless exchange of data between compatible devices, while GPS and A-GPS support basic navigation and location services. The presence of a stereo FM radio with RDS added entertainment value, although the 2.5 mm audio jack was slowly being phased out in favor of the more standard 3.5 mm jack.
