Performance
Initially equipped with a 1.0 GHz ARM11 processor, the Nokia 700 could be upgraded to 1.3 GHz after software updates, which provided a noticeable bump in performance. Running on the Symbian Belle operating system, upgradable to Belle FP1, the device delivers a smooth user interface typical of Nokia's persistent software optimizations. With 512MB of RAM and 2GB of internal storage, it's designed more for basic smartphone functionalities rather than heavy multitasking. The presence of a microSDHC slot alleviates concerns of insufficient storage to some extent.
