Operating on the Nokia Belle OS, the 808 PureView is powered by a 1.3 GHz ARM 11 CPU and a Broadcom BCM2763 GPU. The device includes 512 MB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage, expandable via microSDHC. Though the hardware was reasonable at the time of release, the emphasis on the camera capabilities perhaps overshadowed the performance-driven specs.
