Nokia C12 Plus Performance and Software

Performance and Software

Under its hood, the phone was planned to run on the Unisoc SC9863A1 chipset, fabricated with a 28 nm process. This chip includes an octa-core processor divided into four 1.6 GHz Cortex-A55 cores and four 1.2 GHz Cortex-A55 cores, geared for basic multitasking and everyday applications. Complemented by the IMG8322 GPU, the device was expected to handle light gaming and graphic tasks, albeit not suited for demanding 3D gaming experiences.

The Nokia C12 Plus was supposed to operate on Android 12 (Go edition), a stripped-down version of Android designed to run efficiently on low-end devices. This was poised to offer a smooth user experience with optimized Google apps and services suitable for the phone's hardware constraints.
