Internally, the Nokia C3 featured 55 MB of storage, with an option to expand the memory using a microSDHC card, an essential feature for users who wanted to store music, photos, and more. The phone came with 64 MB of RAM and 128 MB of ROM, specifications that ensured efficient operation for the device's built-in applications.
The device's main camera was a 2 MP sensor capable of capturing basic photos and QCIF video at 15fps. It lacked a selfie camera, a common omission in many phones from that period.
