Performance and Software
Under the hood, the Lumia 630 runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset, powered by a quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU, and integrated with an Adreno 305 GPU. The device’s performance is complemented by Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1, which was a fresh offering at the time, bringing user-friendly interface and productivity features. Despite being limited by 512MB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, the Lumia 630 handled the basic tasks and lightweight apps with reasonable smoothness. There’s support for expandable storage via microSD card, which allows users to mitigate the limited onboard storage constraints.
