The Nokia N82 is powered by a removable Li-Ion 1050 mAh battery. This offers a standby time of up to 225 hours on 2G and slightly less on 3G, with a talk time of up to 4 hours and 20 minutes (2G) or 3 hours and 10 minutes (3G). While not ground-breaking by today’s standards, such performance ensured users could comfortably get through the day without being chained to a charger.
