Performance and Software
At the heart of the Nokia N950 lies a 1.0 GHz Cortex-A8 processor paired with the PowerVR SGX530 GPU, housed on a TI OMAP 3630 chipset. These components deliver capable performance for basic multitasking and usage of typical applications available on the MeeGo OS. With 1GB of RAM, the phone maintains sufficient responsiveness for the operating system’s features, although it does not support expansion through a memory card slot. The phone offers around 8.5GB of usable internal storage, which was reasonable at the time for storing files and applications.
