Performance and Platform
Running on Microsoft Smartphone 2003 SE OS, the O2 Xphone II was powered by a TI OMAP 730 chipset with a 200 MHz ARM926EJ-S CPU. While not high-performing by today’s robust standards, this setup was sufficient for its time, allowing for smooth navigation and basic multitasking on a minimal scale. The phone was equipped with 32 MB of internal memory, and the inclusion of a miniSD card slot with 64 MB provided a modest capacity for media storage and applications suited to the platform.
