Under the hood, the Oppo A53 runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 chipset paired with an octa-core processor consisting of four Kryo 240 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz and another four at 1.6 GHz. This setup promises competent day-to-day performance for basic tasks and light gaming, aided by the Adreno 610 GPU. It originally came with Android 10 but is upgradable to Android 11, providing access to newer features and improvements in security and performance.
