Under the hood, the Oppo A58x is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 700 chipset, built on a 7 nm process. This chipset includes an octa-core CPU, consisting of two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.2 GHz for performance-intensive tasks and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz for more energy-efficient operations. The Mali-G57 MC2 GPU handles graphics processing, enabling smooth functioning of casual games and multimedia content.
The device runs on Android 12 with Oppo's ColorOS 12.1 overlay, providing a versatile and customizable user interface. It supports versatile storage options with two variants: one with 6GB RAM and another with 8GB, both coupled with 128GB of internal storage. Users can expand the storage further using a microSDXC card.
