Featuring a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display, the Oppo A59 provides a decent viewing experience with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. The screen-to-body ratio is approximately 71%, which is respectable for the time of release. While the pixel density of about 267 ppi does not qualify as high-definition by today's standards, it was sufficient for day-to-day tasks and multimedia consumption during its launch period. The display's color reproduction and viewing angles are satisfactory, owing to the IPS technology.
