The Oppo F1 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop, overlaid with Oppo's ColorOS 2.1. The user interface is straightforward, though some users might find it less refined than stock Android or other custom OS interfaces. Its performance, driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 chipset paired with 3GB of RAM, is competent for everyday tasks such as browsing, social media, and light gaming. However, more demanding applications may experience some lag, which is also attributed to the slightly older Android Lollipop operating system.
