Under the hood, the Oppo K1 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset, built on a 14nm process. This octa-core processor comprises four Kryo 260 Gold cores clocked at 2.0 GHz for performance-driven tasks and four Kryo 260 Silver cores at 1.8 GHz for efficiency. Paired with the Adreno 512 GPU, the device handles day-to-day tasks and gaming with relative ease for a phone in this class. The Oppo K1 comes with two memory variants: 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage and 6GB RAM with the same storage capacity, expandable via a dedicated microSDXC slot. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with Oppo's ColorOS 5.2, which offers a variety of customization options though it may lack some of the latest Android features.
