The device originally launched with Android 9.0 (Pie) and ColorOS 6.1, with a planned upgrade to Android 10 and ColorOS 7.0, offering an improved user interface and enhanced features. The phone offers two variants in terms of storage: 128GB with 8GB RAM and 256GB with 8GB RAM, utilizing UFS 2.1 for faster data processing.
