At its heart, the Palm Pre Plus runs on a 600 MHz Cortex-A8 processor, supported by 512MB of RAM. While these specs might appear modest by modern standards, they were adequate for the lightweight Palm webOS, known for its intuitive gesture-based interface and multitasking capabilities. The inclusion of the PowerVR SGX GPU was a boon for rendering the graphic elements of the OS smoothly. However, the absence of a memory card slot meant users had to rely on the provided 16GB of internal memory for storage, which can be limiting for users requiring more space for apps and media.
